Registered Nurse - Med/Surg - Per Diem - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care on med/surg units, utilizing the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Lead and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Promote safety and high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license.
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
• BLS certification.
• NIHSS certification.
• At least two years of recent acute med/surg experience with telemetry competence.
• Telemetry skills must be demonstrated within 14 days of hire.
