Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery - Night Shift

Role Overview: Provides professional nursing care in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies, employing critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegates appropriate tasks to staff and collaborates as a team member to achieve unit goals. Qualifications & Skills Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree required within five years if holding an Associate Degree in Nursing.Current Illinois RN license, BLS certification, ACLS within six months, C-EFM within one year, and NRP within six months of employment.Labor and delivery RN experience preferred. Key Duties: Deliver safe, competent nursing care, monitor patient progress, recognize changes, document observations, and collaborate with team members. Delegates tasks appropriately and adheres to clinical standards.
