Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery - Night Shift

Role Overview: Provides professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies, employing critical thinking to assess, plan, evaluate, and monitor patient conditions. Delegates appropriate tasks, collaborates as a team member, and adapts duties based on unit or shift needs. Qualifications & Skills Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required within five years if holding an Associate DegreeCurrent Illinois RN licensureCurrent BLS certification through American Heart AssociationACLS certification within six months of employmentC-EFM certification within one year of employmentNRP certification within six months of employmentLabor and delivery experience preferred Key Duties: Deliver bedside nursing care, monitor patient progress, recognize changes in condition, and ensure documentation accuracy. Collaborate with team members and delegate tasks appropriately to meet patient needs.
