Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery - Night Shift

Role: RN - Labor and Delivery Responsibilities Assess patients and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.Communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing.Individualize patient and family teaching based on assessments to meet learning needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school.Valid Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.Minimum of 1 year experience in Labor and Delivery. Key Duties: Providing direct patient care in Labor and Delivery, ensuring safe and effective care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and engaging in ongoing professional development.
