Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (Night Shift) providing compassionate, safe patient care across diverse populations. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; assess patient health data; communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams; provide patient education tailored to cultural and learning needs; support professional development of colleagues; assist with technical procedures; participate in quality improvement and research activities; monitor wound/ostomy/skin care treatments; ensure HIPAA compliance; assist with patient transportation as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Current IL Nursing Licensure, graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred), BLS/CPR certification, minimum 2 years of labor and delivery or acute care experience (preferred), and labor/delivery experience is a plus.
