Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit - Days

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting patient assessments and gathering health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.Coordinating and implementing individualized care plans to ensure safe, effective, and timely interventions.Communicating clearly with patients, families, and team members in person, via phone, and in writing.Providing patient and family education tailored to their specific needs.Engaging in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate and enhance nursing practices.Maintaining current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications Required Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing license and CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
