About the Role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within organizational policies. This role involves delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care while ensuring compliance with professional standards.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No experience required; new graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred.
• Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).

Additional Certifications

Specialty certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, and others are required based on unit specialization, with specific timeframes for completion.
