Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit, Days

Role Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities: Maintain practice standards, coordinate patient care activities, and ensure delivery of quality nursing services within organizational policies and procedures. Demonstrate professional growth and accountability in all duties. Qualifications Graduate from a nursing program (required) with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.No experience necessary; new graduates eligible.Hospital experience preferred, with at least 1 year for PRN positions. Licenses & Certifications Current Georgia RN license and/or multistate license (required).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required). Additional Certifications: Depending on specialty, may require ACLS, PALS, NRP, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, or other certifications within specified timeframes. Key Duties: Provide patient-centered care, coordinate activities among staff, adhere to standards, and obtain necessary specialty certifications as applicable.
