About the role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. They operate within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. The role involves maintaining high standards of practice and coordinating patient care activities among assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Certification as a Registered Nurse in the relevant state (e.g., Georgia) or holding a multistate license
• Current BLS certification
• New graduates are eligible; prior hospital experience and PRN hospital experience are preferred
