Registered Nurse - Infant Special Care Unit - Night and Day Rotations

Position: Registered Nurse – Infant Special Care Unit Location: Evanston, IL Type: Full time, 36 hours/week Hours: 0700-1930 and 1900-0730, with weekend rotation; float when needed Responsibilities Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCUUtilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient careGuide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in interdisciplinary careCommunicate and collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomesContribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences Qualifications Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferredBLS/CPR certification from AHA requiredCurrent IL nursing license required1 year of acute care or ISCU experience preferredNICU/ISCU experience is a plus Skills: Compassion, collaboration, communication, and clinical expertise in neonatal care
