Registered Nurse- - Infant Special Care Unit - Night and Day Rotations

About the role

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU. Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care. Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (from AHA)
• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• 1 year of acute care nursing experience or 1 year ISCU experience preferred

Preferred Skills

• NICU/ISCU experience

Pay

Hourly Pay Range $36.00 – $55.80 (determined by expertise and years of experience, among other factors)

Schedule

• Full time, 36 hours per week
• Hours: 0700–1930 and 1900–0730, with weekend rotation
• Float: when needed
