Role: Registered Nurse in the Infant Special Care Unit (ISCU) Responsibilities Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care independently within the ISCUUse the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient careSupervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary careCollaborate and communicate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of careContribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experiences Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferredCurrent Illinois RN licenseBLS/CPR certification from AHA requiredMinimum of 1 year of acute care or ISCU experience preferred, with NICU/ISCU experience ideal Key Duties: Deliver specialized neonatal care, lead and coordinate care teams, communicate effectively, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
