Registered Nurse - Infant Special Care Unit - Night and Day Rotations

Position: Registered Nurse - Infant Special Care Unit Location: Evanston, IL Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week, with shifts from 0700-1930 and 1900-0730, including weekend rotation Responsibilities Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU independentlyUtilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient careGuide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary careCommunicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomesContribute to safety and promote high-quality patient experiences Qualifications Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferredBLS/CPR certification (AHA) requiredCurrent Illinois RN licensure required1 year of acute care or ISCU experience preferred; NICU/ISCU experience a plus Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills, with a focus on neonatal care
