Registered Nurse II, Outpatient Neurology in Newark
About the role
This position is one of a team of seven nurses. In this role, you will be the primary support nurse for our two General Neurology providers and four Advanced Practice Clinicians. You will also provide cross coverage support to other subspecialties within Neurology. This is a high-volume practice with 16 Physicians, 11 Advanced Practice Clinicians, and growing!
Responsibilities
- Provides triage and patient education
- Facilitates medication refills
- Care Coordination
Requirements
- A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing.
- RN license or eligible for licensure in the state of Delaware.
- Two years of experience as a RN, physician office experience preferred.
- BSN preferred; ADN considered with agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years.
- BLS certification required.
