Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Direct and coordinate nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
  • Collaborate with patient/family and other professional disciplines.
  • Create a partnership to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery for the achievement of mutually desired patient outcomes.
  • Support the organization’s vision and mission.
  • Promote and provide excellence in nursing care.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum one (1) year acute care nursing experience; preferred 2-3 years experience as a RN in Pediatric care; experience in education, care coordination, public health or community clinic.
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing; Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Training: Basic Life Support (BLS); Registered Nurse - California (RN); preferred Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN).
  • Licensure: Basic Life Support (BLS); preferred Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN).

Pay

Pay Range: Minimum $52.93, Midpoint $70.13, Maximum $87.32. Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Schedule

Work Shift: Day – 08hrs (United States of America)
