Clinical Nurse - Neurology

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities within established nursing care standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating them on managing their illness or injury, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety and participates in professional development. Develops individualized care plans collaboratively, communicating effectively across the care continuum. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care aligned with standards and guidelines.Educate patients and families to facilitate understanding and involvement.Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance.Develop, document, and communicate personalized care plans.Assess and evaluate patient needs holistically, including emotional and spiritual aspects. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).Valid RN license required.No prior experience necessary; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
