About the role

Lead and coordinate nursing staff in a clinical setting, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assign, direct, educate, and monitor staff during shifts
• Assess patient care needs and develop appropriate care assignments
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers to achieve quality outcomes
• Evaluate patient care effectiveness and address issues affecting outcomes
• Respond to patient care complaints and participate in staffing decisions
• Perform performance evaluations and support staff development

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of registered nurse experience
• Valid RN license and BLS certification for the respective state
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive movements
• Effective communication skills and alertness to safety
• Ability to work full-time, day shifts
• Compliance with physical and professional licensing standards
