About the role
Provides safe, competent nursing care to patients, supporting the healthcare team with a focus on Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence.
Responsibilities
- Educate and assist new mothers with physical and emotional needs postpartum, including infant care and maternal education.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, treatment goals, and discharge plans.
- Demonstrate professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program with a current Nevada nursing license.
- Current BLS certification; NRP and STABLE within 6 months of hire.
- Preferred neonatal nursing experience.
- Minimum one year full-time or three years part-time acute care experience.
- Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
