Registered Nurse - Full-Time Nights

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care, lead shift routines, and oversee nursing activities in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction on the assigned unit
• Conduct assessments, charting, and documentation
• Participate in employee evaluations and staffing decisions
• Serve on facility committees to support interdisciplinary collaboration
• Assume "Building Charge" duties as assigned
• Plan and deliver resident-centered care
• Supervise staff and evaluate activities
• Contribute to facility operations to ensure quality care and support the organization’s mission

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in Colorado
• CPR certification and ongoing CEU maintenance
• Preferably experienced in long-term care
