About the role
We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care, lead shift routines, and oversee nursing activities within a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Providing leadership and direction on assigned unit
- Delivering resident care and assessments
- Documenting clinical information accurately
- Participating in staff evaluations and staffing decisions
- Serving on facility committees to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration
- Assuming "Building Charge" duties as directed
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications and skills
- Current Colorado RN licensure
- CPR certification
- Maintaining required CEUs
- PREFERRED: Experience in long-term care
