Registered Nurse - Full-Time Nights

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse committed to patient- and family-centered care, utilizing the nursing process to address patients' physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their designated care partners, integrating evidence-based practices, clinical expertise, and cultural beliefs to optimize healthcare delivery.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Assess health conditions and manage medications.
• Plan discharges to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to foster a respectful and inclusive environment.
• Use health information technology to monitor outcomes and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in safety and quality committees.
• Act as a primary preceptor to staff.
• Engage in continuous professional growth.

Requirements

• Accredited nursing diploma.
• Active RN license.
• Effective communication skills.

Qualifications

Preferred candidates have:

• A Bachelor's Degree (BSN).
• Experience in acute care.
