Registered Nurse - Full-Time Nights

About the Role

Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients, primarily in a neonatal intensive care setting, with a focus on patient-centered care and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Educate and assist new mothers with physical and emotional needs postpartum.
• Care for infants and educate mothers on infant care.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care, including goals, treatment, and discharge planning.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate compassion, empathy, teamwork, and ethical standards in all interactions.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license and BLS certification.
• NRP and STABLE certifications within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU and transport experience; preferred one year full-time or three years part-time in acute care.
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessments.
