Registered Nurse - Full Time (Nights)

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds the organization's mission, values, and standards. This role involves working in a critical access hospital setting, providing care in emergency and inpatient units.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to restore patients to independence.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and patient confidentiality.
• Contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (associate's, diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state or with a compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, or others may be required depending on the department.

Skills

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and other physical tasks.
