Registered Nurse - Full Time (Nights)

About the role

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to utilize the nursing process in providing patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating patient care with other departments
• Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
• Delivering compassionate, standards-driven care in a critical access hospital setting
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to restore patients to independence

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (associate, diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in the state or through a compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or other unit-specific credentials as required

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
