Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (associate’s, diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure in the state or via compact licensure
• Basic Life Support certification
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others may be necessary based on the department or unit

Physical Demands

• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Prolonged standing
• Walking
• Tasks requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
