Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating patient care with multidisciplinary teams and other departments
- Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- Delivering care aligned with organizational standards, values, and mission
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (associate's, diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the state or compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or others based on unit requirements
Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to perform movements such as reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting
