Registered Nurse - Full Time (Nights)

Position Overview

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, upholds patient rights, and maintains confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing duties
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team
• Assesses patient needs to deliver personalized care
• Ensures adherence to safety protocols and documentation requirements

Qualifications

• Nursing degree (associate's, diploma, or BSN)
• Active RN license in the applicable state
• Basic Life Support certification obtained within 30 days
• Additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or others may be required based on the department

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform physical tasks such as gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
