Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Prioritize and implement evidence-based interventions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Continuously evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records.
- Provide education to patients and families.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and promote safety and infection control measures.
- Demonstrate leadership by motivating peers, mentoring staff, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- Engage in professional development activities.
Requirements
- Current Ohio RN licensure.
- BLS certification (ACLS required within 6 months for ICU/step-down units).
- Area-specific certification required within five years of hire.
- Valid RN license; BSN required within five years for new hires post-2010.
- No minimum experience required.
