Registered Nurse - Full Time - Nights

About the Role

Registered Nurse position in a high-acuity Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) within a leading hospital.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based patient care following hospital nursing processes, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to create personalized care plans, educate patients and families, and adjust care based on outcomes.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, advocate for high reliability principles, and mentor peers to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
• Accurately document patient information in electronic medical records, ensuring timely updates and compliance with policies.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Required certifications: BLS; ACLS within 6 months; unit-specific credentials as needed.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with cardiovascular procedures, invasive lines, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care technologies is preferred.
