About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holistic, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs using the established practice model.
- Diagnose and prioritize patient problems, develop coordinated care plans with measurable goals, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, provide patient and family education, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety and infection control.
- Continuously evaluate care outcomes, adjust plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
- Exhibit leadership by mentoring peers, participating in quality improvement activities, and supporting professional development.
- Adhere to organizational policies, complete required training, and maintain licensure and certifications such as BLS and ACLS.
Requirements
- Current Ohio nursing license.
- BLS certification required; ACLS within six months for specific units.
- BSN within five years for nurses hired after January 2010.
- Strong communication skills, cultural competence, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth.
Experience is not mandatory.
