Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational domains
• Collaborate with patients and families to develop personalized care plans

• Monitor and adjust care based on patient outcomes
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and advocate for high reliability principles
• Mentor peers and manage patient care effectively

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• BLS and ACLS certifications (within 6 months for certain areas)
• Ability to document accurately and adhere to organizational policies
• Participation in ongoing education and professional development
