Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across departments
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the state of practice or within a compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, or others based on unit requirements
- Proficiency in physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and performing manual tasks like reaching, bending, and kneeling
