Registered Nurse - Full Time (Nights)

Role Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, in alignment with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care during night shifts in a full-time orthopedic setting. Support surgical volume growth within the orthopedic program. Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care and patient safety. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, standards, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing school (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN licensure in the state or with a compact license. BLS certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks required for patient care.
