Registered Nurse - Full Time (Nights)

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights, and upholds confidentiality in alignment with organizational standards. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (associate's, diploma, or BSN). Holds a current RN license and maintains required licensure. Certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or others based on unit requirements.Responsibilities: Performs nursing duties in a manner consistent with the organization’s mission and values, ensuring quality care. Evaluates patient progress and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes. Maintains compliance with healthcare standards and promotes patient safety.Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.
