About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care, lead shift routines, and oversee nursing activities in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction on the assigned unit
- Perform resident assessments, charting, and documentation
- Participate in staff evaluations and staffing decisions
- Serve on committees to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration
- Assume "Building Charge" duties as assigned
Requirements
- Current Colorado RN licensure
- CPR certification
- Maintenance of CEUs
- Preferably some experience in long-term care
