About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, following evidence-based practices and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops care plans, and evaluates patient outcomes.
• Partners with patients and families to ensure personalized care.
• Promotes teamwork through effective communication.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives.
• Serves as a preceptor and mentors colleagues.
• Participates in research and evidence-based practice activities.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Plans care across the continuum, develops protocols, and optimizes resource utilization.
• Implements the nursing process and coordinates care delivery.
• Promotes safety and quality while upholding ethical standards.
• Supports system policies and contributes to a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Current RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to practice culturally competent, relationship-based care in a fast-paced environment.
