The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care to residents by utilizing the full nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must hold an active RN license in the practicing state or multistate license if applicable.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications per state and department standards.
