About the role
Provide direct patient care across all age groups in a Medical A unit.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Coordinate with ancillary departments to ensure optimal patient comfort and outcomes.
- Educate patients on procedures, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Operate within the scope of nursing practice and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
