Registered Nurse - Full Time, Night Shift

About the Role

Provides coordinated nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to established standards and utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment. Supervises and directs nursing staff activities, collaborating with other healthcare disciplines to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient data, analyze health information, and develop care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Implement and coordinate care, promote health, and maintain a safe environment.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate duties among healthcare team members.
• Provide health education to patients, families, and team members.
• Collaborate with patients and families to deliver holistic care.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the practice state.
• Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP from approved vendors.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and experience in acute care settings.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with vaccination policies.
• Ability to perform assessments, develop care strategies, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
