Registered Nurse - Full Time - Night Shift

About the Role

Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients across multiple facilities within a regional footprint. You will float across various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU, adapting to dynamic environments while ensuring compliance with nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in collaboration with diverse healthcare teams.
• Float across multiple clinical units, including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and maintain current licensure and certifications.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 50 pounds) and assisting with patient mobilization.
• Contribute to patient outcomes through critical thinking and clinical assessment.
• Deliver safe, compassionate, and personalized nursing care while supporting continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure.
• Minimum one year of recent bedside RN experience in Med/Surg; two years for specialized units.
• Certifications: BLS (required), ACLS (for critical care).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist patient movement.
