Registered Nurse - Full Time - Night Shift

About the role

The Registered Nurse role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients based on clinical standards and theoretical knowledge. You will provide care across various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU, often floating between multiple facilities within the region.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients.
• Provide patient care in Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, and other units as needed.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain required certifications such as BLS and NRP.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure.
• Recent bedside experience: one year for Med/Surg and at least two years for specialized units (e.g., Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU).
• Physical stamina for patient handling.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.
