About the role
Join a dynamic regional float pool as a Registered Nurse, providing individualized adult/geriatric care across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on nursing standards
- Collaborating with diverse care teams and patient populations
- Floating to various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU
- Servicing a minimum of three facilities within the region
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current RN licensure in the state or compact license
- At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for critical care
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS for critical care
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 pounds), and assist patients
