Registered Nurse - Full-Time Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, high-quality, safe patient care by performing the nursing process, using evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and patient partnerships.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive patient-centered care, engaging patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Cookcord and document safe, quality care within an interdisciplinary team, supporting performance improvement and research initiatives.
• Promote professional development by completing required education, mentoring colleagues, and supporting a healthy work environment.
• Participate in policy development, protocol creation, and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, including safety and accreditation standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; licensure as an RN (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Minimum of 5 years RN experience.
• Current certifications: BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS (or equivalents), all required upon hire.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively to emergencies.
