About the Role
Provide professional nursing care to patients with diverse diagnoses in the Emergency Department.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate patient care using assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Delegate, supervise, and document nursing activities
- Implement medically prescribed interventions
- Foster teamwork and ensure exceptional patient experiences
- Assess patient conditions and develop care plans
- Administer treatments and interventions
- Educate patients and families
- Support a collaborative, community-focused environment
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification
- At least one year of hospital nursing experience
