Registered Nurse - Full Time - Night Shift

About the role

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for adult and geriatric patients across multiple hospital units, including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Enhance clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Adapt to dynamic healthcare environments and patient needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN licensure.
• Recent bedside experience: 1 year for Med/Surg, 2 years for specialty units.
• Certifications required based on unit: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP.

Skills

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Perform essential patient care tasks.
