Registered Nurse - Full Time - Night Shift

The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for assessing patients' health alterations, responding to actual and potential health issues, and implementing evidence-based nursing interventions to optimize outcomes. They involve patients and families in care planning, supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel, and delegate tasks to qualified team members. The RN coordinates interdisciplinary care and promotes a positive, professional environment aligned with organizational goals of excellent patient care and nursing innovation. Qualifications include a BSN and preferred professional nursing certification; nurses hired after certain dates must obtain a BSN or certification within specified timeframes. Licensure requires an active RN license in Florida. This role does not involve vehicle operation.
