About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-level, technical nursing care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise assigned staff
- Ensure safe, accurate medication and IV administration
- Communicate effectively
- Build relationships
- Promote a therapeutic environment
- Support patient education
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Current Texas nursing license
- Basic Life Support certification
- Relevant certifications as required
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 12 months NICU RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program
- Knowledge of hospital policies and nursing standards
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong communication, teamwork, and professional growth mindset
