Registered Nurse - Full Time - Night Shift

About the role

Join a dynamic RN Float Pool team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care across various units including Emergency Department, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical (Adults & Peds).

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process and professional standards to deliver safe, compassionate care.
• Coordinating patient care in collaboration with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Performing duties aligned with nursing scope, practice guidelines, and organizational values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with an active RN license in Missouri or a compact license.
• Preferred minimum of 1+ year RN experience.
• Required certifications include BLS within 30 days of hire; ACLS and PALS may be required based on assignment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties involving standing, walking, and bending.
