About the role
Join a dynamic Regional Float Pool as a Registered Nurse, providing individualized adult/geriatric care across multiple facilities within the region.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on nursing standards
- Work across diverse units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Valid RN license in the state or compact licensure
- Minimum of one year recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialized units
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS for critical care
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work in various hospital settings within the region
