Registered Nurse - Full Time - Night Shift

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care collaboratively with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and departmental policies.
• Perform duties consistent with mission, values, and service standards.
• Deliver safe, effective patient care while respecting patient rights and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications, obtaining any required within specified timeframes.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license valid in the state or under compact licensure.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or other unit-specific credentials as required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
